We started Sweet Evolution due to not being able to satisfy my sweet tooth because of gluten and dairy intolerance. As you may know, it causes much discomfort, stress and many bad moods... But no more sad stories from our side, we decided that making our own treats was the way to achieve happiness. We opened our doors and want to thank some people for their help in making this all possible! Without the help of Slava, our designer, for his help with the creation of the logo and paper design, we would still be wondering if our logo should be a spoon or not! Huge thanks to my family, especially Marc Lore, Diapers.com, for all of his many business tips and ideas.
Additionally, a shout out goes to Eric, Pim and Iren for their help with the website and to all of my friends and family who had to ’suffer’ through all of my receipes to make these gluten and dairy free treats perfect!
Lastly, I can not thank my husband enough for endless nights (and days) aganonizing over the creation of the website and the logistics of Sweet Evolution. Without him this truely would never have been made possible.
