We’ve started Sweet Evolution to make sure people with food allergies can enjoy desserts and sweet treats like everybody else. For dinner, at a birthday party or for snack time, from now on there is another choice besides fruit!
I know how hard it can be, food allergies. For the last couple of years I have been gluten and dairy intolerant myself. In my Italian family culture, the kitchen, food and eating has always been the center and passion of everyday life. So you can be sure that it was tough when I concluded that I could not eat gluten or dairy anymore. At the time I was traveling and living abroad, experiencing different cultures and their cuisine. Eating out I infuriated the waiters making them go back and fourth into the kitchen to find out what exactly the ingredients were, not just what they thought they were. And it was impossible to find any deserts on the menu. It was this reason that I started baking my own treats to be sure they were 100% gluten and dairy free. With Sweet Evolution I would now like to share these treats!
At this moment Sweet Evolution will only sell treats online, but our ambition for the future is to also open up a coffee shop based on the good & free philosophy and of course with many Sweet Evolution treats.
Finally, with Sweet Evolution, there is another option for you besides the fruit salad! If you have any ideas of how we can make your life sweeter, we would like to hear from you and are open for any suggestions!
