US nationwide delivery
Sweet Evolution ships via USPS priority mail to the 50 United States. All orders add a fixed $6.00 for shipping. Note that shipping is not available for certain items due to the nature of the treats (chocolate, cupcakes and certain cakes, but this will change soon!). Delivery orders require 24 hours to fill and special orders 48 hours. Our normal ground shipping days are Monday-Friday.
Alaska and Hawaii
Please make your order by phone. Because of higher delivery charges to these destinations, we must charge an additional $10.00 to the regular shipping rate per address. Shipments may take 2-3 days longer.
International and Post Boxes Shipping At this time, we can only ship our treats to recipients located within the United States. We are unable to ship packages to international addresses. We do NOT ship to Post Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.
Other conditions
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. It is recommended that our treats will not be left outside for delivery due to weather conditions and freshness of the food items. Sweet Evolution cannot be responsible for damage if you are not present at the time of delivery that is a result of the delay in claiming the package.
Damage
If an order received is damaged in transit or arrives inedible we will reship the package on the next available shipping day. Incorrect or incomplete addresses and packages that are not opened in a timely manner, within 5 hours of delivery, are not covered for replacement. It is recommended that our treats not be left outside for delivery due to weather conditions and freshness of the food items.
Returns
We cannot accept the return of perishable products. Please contact us immediately with any concerns or questions concerning this.
Gifts
Please make your order for Giftcards by phone or email to make sure there is no shipping charge. Gift Packaging is available for most items for an additional $5.00, please let us know by phone or email.. At no additional cost, a brief, personalized message can be included. Important: If you are sending a gift, please forward the information to the recipient or simply let them know that it will be arriving. Due to the perishable nature of the treats somebody needs to be available to receive the shipment. USPS and Sweet Evolution can not take responsibility if the gift arrives and they are away or simply unaware of its arrival.
Shipping Chocolate
Due to the freshness of our treats we can not ship chocolate products to your destination at this time. We hope to change this soon however with the use of an insulated container and a reusable frozen Cold-pack, which will keep your package cool for up to 48 hours at an extra cost. Since temperatures vary across the country we may elect not to ship any package over a weekend to guarantee its arrival in premium condition. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
